    Yeah, Holly!!
I am so happy to hear that you will be starting this again! You are gifted in your abilities to teach and channel, and I always feel that I have received just what I need when I leave. I look forward to seeing old and new friends in this group. :)

Yippee! I am looking forward to the great group energy I enjoyed last season and revisiting the material for a celebration of my growth and exploration of what I must surrender to next;+]

Reasons that this class series rocks my world:
    - There is no required RSVP, payment ahead of time, or charge for if you don’t make it, etc.
    - It’s affordable – how helpful and lasting was the last thing you spent $20 on?
    - You don’t have to attend all of them, but they do kind of have an order, stepping up in frequency and subject each time. You can attend all or just a few, and not get bored with the same ol’ stuff, or overwhelmed with too much.
    - My mental body gets a fix with notes and discussion, then my spiritual body is addressed in the channeling, Holly’s delivery of the information is always gentle and comforting to my emotional body, and since it’s only 2 hours my physical body thanks me for not sitting in one place for too long!
    - It’s easy, fun and informative to attend even if you don’t have a specific question in mind to ask during the channeling, I always got so much from listening to other people’s questions
    - I can still look back and read notes from any of these classes and get another piece of wisdom and application
In short, it’s gonna rock your world, too!

Question on topic brought up in the first class:

Since I am in the process of moving I lost my paper with my notes on the class, so I was wondering if anyone remembered what, I think it was Stephanie, brought up? It was about giving and receiving. Correct me if I am wrong but I think she said, Giving is Mental and Receiving is Emotional and The Catalyst for it all was Sexual. Is that right?
This concept interests me since I feel truth in it and would like to understand it further. Firstly where did this concept originate? Then is this regarding all interactions between people and things or is it limited to certain relationships and interactions or just to ones own relationship with oneself? And the sexual being the catalyst, does this catalytic reaction start the giving and receiving or is it something that is introduced after the giving and receiving has already begun and so the catalyst then bumps the giving and receiving to a higher state?

Any information would be greatly appreciated :)

It’s from the Quodoushka tradition and is called the Wheel of Balanced Choreography. When we are in balance, we want to Give with the Emotions (S), Hold and Transform Energy with the Body (W). Receive with the Mind (N), Determine with the Spirit (that’s the one I forgot) (E), and in the center is Catalyze with the Soul with Open Heart-to-Heart Communication.

I would say it is with all things. A common unbalanced scenario is that we hold with the emotions (take on others’ emotions, feel others’ pain, etc.), give with the body (until we wear ourselves out), determine with the mind (think too much and ingore intuition) and receive with the spirit (don’t question messages others give us).
